Why are my downloads darker than when I viewed them on the Presentations For Perfectionists website?
Computer monitor brightness differs from computer to computer. To rectify, simply open the files in your favourite photo editing software and adjust the brightness and contract, then save the file.
Why does the colour of my downloads differ from those viewed on the Presentations For Perfectionists website?
Your computer monitor colour display settings may be set different. The files were created in 32 bit highest colour quality. You can adjust your monitor display settings to match in your computer's control panel. In addition you could open the files in your favourite photo editing software program and adjust the brightness and contract, then save the file. Contact us if you are having difficulties.
Can I get a refund?
Only under exceptional circumstances. We cannot issue a refund simply because you changed your mind or you now don't like your backgrounds or find that they are not suitable for your project or presentation. We take a lot of trouble to display the backgrounds as clearly as possible, so that what you see is what you get! Contact us if you are having problems.
